I interned at Milkweed Editions (Minneapolis, MN) for six months in 2018. Working in a publishing house like Milkweed gave me a comprehensive picture of the book publishing industry in nearly all departments, from acquisition to editorial, design, and publicity. Here are a few materials I designed for promotional purposes during my time there.

I designed a poster for the Ballard Spahr Prize for Poetry (formerly Lindquist & Vennum Prize for Poetry) and updated the catalog with current titles for AWP.
